Shipping
Orders placed for in-stock items will usually ship next day. At the latest, 1-2 business days depending on weekends, holidays, seasonal times, etc.
All orders are marked "Pending" immediately after the order has been placed. Once we receive the order and begin processing it, the status will be marked "Received/Processing". This status means that the order has been approved, picked and boxed. Once the order has left our facility and is on the truck, the order status will be marked "Shipped/Completed". You will also receive a tracking number which you can view through "My Account".
Our current shipping method is USPS Priority Mail only. We do not believe in sticking it to you like some on the shipping charge based on the dollar amount spent or an overall fixed ship rate. Our rates are quoted based on your order quantity and the product(s) weight.
Georgia shipments are charged 7% sales tax.
North Carolina shipments are charged between 7.75% to 8.25% sales tax, depending upon county.
Pennsylvania shipments are charged between 6% to 7% sales tax, depending upon county.
Your final shipping and handling amount will be displayed before you place your order.
We do not charge a handling fee.
We only ship to USA addresses, and to Military APO addresses.
Returns
If you purchased from us at a trade show or gun show and would like to return, please call. 1-888-381-7872 (Option 2 for Customer Service).
For online sales:
Our return policy is pretty straight-forward, but important, so please read carefully.
If you choose to return a product, you must first submit an online RMA form. You do not need to call us for the RMA # and we do not send you an RMA #. The RMA # is your Order Number which you can find on top of the order receipt/invoice we include with your order. You can also obtain your order number from your receipt within My Account. This number is also on the order receipt email confirmation we sent you when you placed your order. Once you submit the online RMA Form, we will have your RMA request on file to match your return with. You also need to write the RMA/Order # clearly and plainly visible on the outside of the box being returned. This is essential if you want your return processed. If there is no RMA/Order # on the outside of the box, the return will not be accepted. Gum Creek Customs assumes no liability for items unless there is a valid RMA/Order # on the outside of the package when it is delivered. Click here to submit a RMA Form.
We will gladly credit via gift certificate, exchange or refund your money minus shipping fees. All returns MUST be in original unused condition and contain all product packaging and paperwork. If the contents of the product are incomplete or the product is in used condition, then the return will not be accepted.
We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We're not going to nickle and dime you for a return.
Shipping Charges are not refundable, so please don't expect us to send it back and forth so you can try out the product. Yes, people actually do this.
Prices in our online store-front do not include shipping or tax (if applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice.
You have a full 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. After 30 days, it's yours.
