Shipping
Orders placed for in-stock items will usually ship within 2-3 business days (sometimes much sooner), depending on weekends, holidays, seasonal times, product availability, etc. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once we receive the order and begin processing it, the status will be marked "Approved". This status means that the order has been accepted, your card has been charged and the order has been picked and boxed. Once the order has left our facility and is on the truck, the order status will be marked "Shipped". You will also receive a tracking number which you can view through "My Account".
Your final shipping amount will be displayed before you place your order.
We do not charge a handling fee.
We only ship to addresses in the USA, APO/FPO addresses, and Puerto Rico. No International shipments, no exceptions.
Returns
If you made your purchase at a trade show or gun show and would like to return, please contact the vendor/store in which you made your purchase.
As of 10/16/2022 all sales from gumcreekcustoms.com (Gum Creek Customs) are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for items purchased on or after this date. Gum Creek will only accept returns for refunds if the item is defective due to a manufacturer error or product integrity issue.
If the product is altered or damaged, then the return will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges are not refundable.
